As always, I took my 2015 Honda Accord and 2015 Honda Civic into Jim's Auto for their respective oil changes, snow tire swap-outs, and Spring inspections. Once again, everything was handled flawlessly by Joe, Jim, and the entire crew at Jim's Auto. They continue to deliver their quality work at the highest standard, at an affordable price, and with a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations. My family and I have been loyal customers of Jim's Auto for twenty-two (22) years now, and would not think of trusting our vehicle maintenance and/or repairs to any other mechanic or auto shop in the local area. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and "family-oriented" approach to servicing your vehicle give Jim's Auto a try...they will treat your vehicle as if it were their own, and will NEVER try to "sell" you ANYTHING you don't need, which is definitely uncommon these days in in their industry. Another outstanding experience at Jim's Auto! This past week, I took in my 2015 Honda Civic and my 2015 Honda Accord for a complete oil change service, a pre-winter checkup, and the installation of my Blizzak snow tires and removal of my other seasonal tires. Like always, the crew at Jim's delivered their work on my vehicles in a high quality manner. As usual, all of my expectations were exceeded as the good folks at Jim's treat my vehicles as if they were their own, and they treat me just like they do every other customer - like family! You can always count on them to deliver their work on-time, on-budget, and with a laser-like focus on "attention on detail." A unique thing about Jim's Auto as compared to other shops is that they will never attempt to "sell" you on extra work you don't need. Instead, they will take the time, when necessary, to recommend and help you understand the need for critically important repairs or maintenance designed to help keep you, and/or anyone else driving or riding in the vehicle, safe at all times. I've been a loyal customer of Jim's Auto for a little over 20 years now. Jim's Auto did all of the work on my previous two vehicles as well, both Ford products. As a result, my Explorer lasted for just over 315,000 miles, and my Escort for just over 280,000 miles. In short, I've always been incredibly satisfied with the holistic work, affordability, and authentic approach to "customer service" at Jim's Auto! Once again, the good folks at Jim?s Auto treated our vehicle as if it were their own, and very likely saved my wife from a very dangerous situation on the interstate. In short, she was driving our 2015 Honda Civic and thought she heard a noise coming from the rear wheel well on the driver?s side of the vehicle. So, she called me to alert me about it and to express her concern about getting on the interstate to head to Milwaukee to run some additional errands, etc. I said that I would call Jim?s Auto right away and get their opinion just to be on the safe side. In speaking with Joe during that call, he was immediately concerned that there might be a safety issue going on, and suggested that my wife drive over to their shop right away and let he and his Dad Jim take a look at things just to make sure before she took it to Milwaukee. Upon arriving at the shop, Jim not only discovered that the tire was going flat, but that it was essentially ruined and was about to ?blow? or ?shred? at a moment?s notice, potentially causing my wife to lose control of the vehicle and risk a serious accident, especially on the interstate. So, Jim and Joe kept the vehicle for a day, express ordered a new tire, and got my wife up and running again in less than 48 hours and without incident. Wow. Not sure what might have happened were it not for Joe insisting that my wife come by the shop ASAP, and then Jim diagnosing what was much more than a noise in the wheel well. Thanks guys! As always, your attention to detail and focus on customer safety really saved the day!!!

As a Veteran who proudly served his country, the phrase "above and beyond the call of duty" has always had special meaning for me. It's also a phrase that I do not throw around lightly, or where it would be inappropriate to do so. So, on this Veteran's Day, I want to once again thank the good folks at Jim's Auto for always going "above and beyond" where their high quality work and customer service are concerned. I had my 2015 Honda Accord in for some routine work this past week, and the technician in the shop noticed a nail in one of my tires that was unrelated to my original need for maintenance and service that day. So, Joe and his team made sure the nail hole got plugged, and I avoided a flat tire on the road at an unexpected and/or unsafe moment. That's just the way they roll at Jim's Auto, always going "above and beyond" and treating your vehicle like it was their own, especially from a safety standpoint. Thanks, guys...and Happy Veteran's Day!

They did terrific work while I was able to relax in their comfortable waiting area - great coffee and wifi! During a routine oil change and overall vehicle inspection, the technician working on my 2015 Honda Accord discovered a wheel bearing issue that posed safety concerns. I was about to hit the road on vacation later that week, so naturally I was concerned about driving long distances under those circumstances. No sooner had I conveyed my vacation plans to the good folks at Jim's Auto, they worked with me to ensure that the wheel bearing issue was completely fixed in less than 48 hours. As always, the work was performed in the highest quality manner, as well as delivered on time and on budget in terms of the written estimate I was provided from the outset. In the final analysis, I went on vacation and had tremendous peace of mind regarding the holistic safety of my vehicle while driving it about 1,000 miles round trip. After conferring with Jim and Joe, I elected to go with new "Blizzak" snow tires, and decided to combine my upcoming visit with an oil change, new wiper blades, and a pre-winter checkup as well. Justin in the shop did a terrific job on my vehicle, and I could not be happier! Jim and Joel run a very strong business! They go out of their way to help me keep my vehicle in great condition! They remember details with their careful bookkeeping. They answer the phone for consultation when I am traveling long distance. They don't do unnecessary service but predict needs on a timely basis so I can plan ahead for expense. I have recommended them to many! My own son from Madison and daughter from MPLS have had vehicle work done while visiting because they both trust Jim's Auto so much!!

Two years ago, a friend took a basic car maintenance class at this shop and immediately came back to tell me that she found herself and me a new mechanic! The staff is very professional, honest and accommodating. They make sure you understand the issues, do good work and help you get on your way. I bought four new Goodyear Assurance tires for my 2015 Honda Accord, got a complete synthetic oil service, new wiper blades, and had my brakes and all other vehicle systems checked bumper to bumper, and paid about 22% less all-in than the price I was quoted for the exact same work at the Honda dealer in Sheboygan, all while I waited! I simply can't say enough good things about the terrific folks at Jim's Auto. The work they perform is always the highest quality, on-time, and incredibly affordable. I have been a loyal Jim's Auto customer for almost 15 years now, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Thanks Jim & Joe!
